How Systematic Is Your Approach to Company Culture?

When I talk about driving accountability in the context of culture, I’m not referring to the general topic of accountability, but rather to being accountable specifically for our culture. In other words, how are we showing ourselves, our people, and the world that we’re actually serious about this? For if there’s no accountability for it, then it’s just a wish. 

There are many ways to show just how serious we are, from doing annual surveys on our performance in living our culture, to including all elements of our culture in our performance reviews, to even replacing people who aren’t a fit for our culture.
